Language to Learning, Inc. is a Non-Public Agency (NPA) that provides on-site and virtual speech therapy and special education services. As a certified non-public agency (NPA), Language to Learning, Inc. offers a seamless process for public school districts to initiate services and contract with us immediately. This certification signifies that we meet rigorous standards in our programs and staff. The state has meticulously reviewed all aspects of our programs, along with our staff’s credentials, licenses, and qualifications. Our practice has been thoroughly assessed for safety, insurance coverage, and compliance with all California employment regulations.

Following California state requirements, public school districts must ensure that all private and public agencies are approved and certified by the state for the services they provide. This ensures that special education students receive a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). When a student’s needs cannot be met within their district, the district can contract with an approved Non-Public Agency (NPA) for specialized education and related services.

At Language to Learning, Inc., we are committed to collaborating with public school districts to conduct Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) and develop tailored services outlined in each student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP). We aim to provide comprehensive support and facilitate the academic success and personal growth of every student we serve.

• Screenings: Screenings are a great tool to determine if a child warrants a full evaluation for special education or speech-language therapy. We use a variety of measures to screen students.

• Evaluations: We conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine a child's strengths and weaknesses using formal assessment, behavioral observations, dynamic assessments, and teacher and parental reports.

• Services Offered: Individualized Education Plan (IEP) case management, Speech therapy (ST), Specialized Academic Instruction (SAI), IEP review, creation, and implementation.

• Attend IEP meetings: Language to Learning's therapists will attend your student's IEP meeting to advocate for their individualized needs.
